Chata® Cochinita Pibil Shredded Seasoned Pork Meat 250g

The sweet and slightly peppery red sauce is made from annatto seeds and traditionally, the pork is slow-roasted in a hand-dug barbecue pit in the ground for several hours to achieve the perfect flavor and tenderness.

Chata®  cochinita pibil comes in a convenient microwave-safe pouch that makes it easy to heat up and serve. Simply open the pouch and heat the contents in a pan for 2 minutes or in the microwave for 45 seconds. Each pouch contains 250 grams of seasoned pork, enough to make approximately 6-8 tacos.
