Shipping policy
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders the following business day. (Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day)
Processing time will be added to the transit time of the carrier to show delivery dates at checkout. Please note, we are currently experiencing high volume of orders and there might be delays in our processing times.
Once your order is processed, it will be delivered by our Carrier Partner within 3 to 9 days.
- Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our team for processing and can't be canceled.
- Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship within Canada.
- Do you provide tracking information for orders?
Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number in it. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to display the status of your order.
